Aqua aerobics

Every Friday we go to the Glen Innes Pools for our aqua aerobics workout. First we do some twisting, cross overs and marching. 




 When our muscles are warmed up we fill up the bottles with water and use them as weights. We lift them high, we stretch our arms out and swing them around in the water to make big splashes.





 After the workout we relax and practice our water safety skills. Some of us are getting very good at floating others are practicing putting their heads all the way under the water.
